I create animal sculptures out of felted wool. With a felting needle and wool fibers, I sculpt animals of various sizes. With roving, merino wool, I decorate the sculptures to depict fur and the complex coats that many animals possess.

I have also started using wool from the sheep living on local farms. After cleaning the wool and preparing it for craft use, I am able to sculpt these creations.
